Along with the step-by-step instructions are many color illustrations simplifying the building process.

This casket plan is intended for an intermediately skilled woodworker.

Upon completion you will be proud to have completed a standard sized casket.

We built our first casket for my grandmother. The closure that we felt by being able to take part in the funeral process, as well as the money that we saved by building the casket ourselves made the entire ordeal much easier to experience. We want to be able to offer this peaceful feeling to others.

Each and every casket we build, in our woodworking shop, is handmade using centuries old woodworking techniques.

This casket plan requires intermediate woodworking skills to construct.

This is a traditional casket design, with half couch, accented with corner, base, and crown moldings. We build this casket using solid pine wood and white cotton bedding.  We use canola oil to finish our caskets.
